Send via the API

To send documents via the FLOW API, the document submitted must be the body of the assignment. The command must be submitted as a POST request and the information must be provided as TIE Global XML. TIE Global XML is a simple and clear file format in which all necessary data is structured.

Received through the API

To receive documents via the FLOW API, TIE Kinetix needs to know where to deliver them. So please provide this information in time, including the security settings, so that TIE Kinetix can deploy the appropriate workflows for this.
The implementation on your end must meet at least the following conditions:

• an HTTPs POST endpoint must be available
• the information to be received is as TIE Global XML in the body of the POST.

Alternative

Alternatively, documents can be sent and received using FLOW Secure Connector.

FLOW Secure Connector implements the API in both directions and uses specific local directories to collect or deliver the different document types.

The document format in this case is according to the FLOW Global XML Format (see information in the API documentation).
