PORTAL-2-FLOW Retail Edition NL offers a functionality to easily manage the Price list to be applied to the articles when converting an ORDER from a Trading Partner into a different commercial document.

It is exposed in FLOW as a widget for easily access and use.

How does it work?

It allows you to  upload and download existing Product Catalogues in a template Excel file, so that you can easily add new products and update prices.

Download catalogues

This will be the first step and will allow you to download the template to start filing in the information.

• CASE A) DOWNLOAD a Catalogue to be applied to a specific Customer (Retailer): 
  • Click on Select & Download
  • Search and or select the specific customer from the dropdown menu.
  • Once you select your customer, the download of the excel will start immediatelly. 
  • You can find the downloaded excel in your "Download" folder.

You will obtain an excel file similar to:

There you can add your articles, VAT, etc... as well as prices for the selected trading partner

• CASE B: DOWNLOAD your Default Catalogue (prices apply to all customers if there is not a specific customer price catalogue upload as in CASE A) :
  In order to obtain the default catalogue you should:
  • Click on Select & Download
  • When the next screen is shown.. click on the "SKIP" button. 
• The download of the excel will start immediatelly. 
• You can find the downloaded excel in your "Download" folder.

Upload Catalogues

Follow similar steps for the uploading of excel catalogues (please always download it first and then change the values in order to avoid errors)

• 1. Download the last version of the Catalogue (follow above instructions)
  2. Modify the excel file
  3. Select the modified file in your local drive 
  4. Click on Upload

Please take into account that the excel file is protected and contains specific hidden information, which makes the excel only applicable to the Customer for which it was download in first place.
