How can I view the status of my online orders in the solution portal?

There are two ways to view your orders and mentor the statuses of these orders in FLOW Portal:

1. Login to the solution portal (or tiekinetix portal)--> click the profile icon --> click on “Administration” --> click on “My orders” tile. There you can see your orders and the statuses. You can also view the orders’ details.

2. Login to the solution portal à click on “Shop” à hover or click on the user icon à click on “My Orders”. There also you can see your orders and you can view the orders’ details.
