1- What is 2 factor Authentication?
2-Factor authentication (2FA) is an electronic authentication method where users are granted the access to the application only after they provide two responses (factors) to prove their identity. It is mainly used to ensure the user data is protected and secured. A third-party authenticator app enables two-factor authentication, usually by showing a randomly generated and frequently changing code to use for authentication.
FLOW portal supports setting up 2FA using Google Authenticator app by default (or using SMS if it is enabled by the project). The setup and use of the 2FA can be optional or mandatory according to the project to which the users are logging in.

3- I am trying to login, but there is a pop-up message saying that I have to enter the PIN code. Where can I find that code?
If you set up your 2FA using Google Authenticator app, you can find that code in the Google Authenticator app in your phone. The PIN code will be shown there and will be changed every minute. Note that in case you used Google Authenticator app to set up more than one site, then the correct PIN code is shown under the related FLOW site name.
If you set up your 2FA using SMS, an SMS message with the PIN code will be sent to your phone.
4- I entered a wrong PIN code in the notification pop-up in the login page, I got another pop-up saying that "The PIN code is invalid". What can I do then?
You can close the pop-up, and refresh the page. Then try to login again with a correct valid PIN code
5- Something went wrong with the Authenticator app where I can no longer find the PIN codes. Or I deleted the related site accidentally and no longer have the PIN codes to login. How can I access my account again?
Reset your password by clicking on the "Forget password" link in the login screen. Follow the reset password steps, then set up your 2FA again.
