It is more likely that the company has different information than what was filled in when first registered into FLOW. In the "Invoice Entry", some info is prefilled by the application. So, this information is not editable in the "Invoice Entry" application.
In FLOW and in most cases, it is possible to change most of your company information in the FLOW administration elements. To do that, click on the profile icon, then click on "Administration" --> "Company information". Change the information you need and add all necessary fields if missing --> click the "Save" button.
The following image shows the steps for changing this information. The "blue" arrows show which information is editable in the company information element.
Next time when you want to add a new invoice, the new information will be prefilled in the invoices instead of the old ones.
Note that in some cases and based on the customer request, it is not possible to directly change the company information. Instead, you send a request to the project owner to do that change for you.
