Login with username and password

To log in to your customer's Flow portal, navigate to the login page. It may look like below. The background image and text may differ / be personalized by your customer. Therefore, make sure that you use the correct link to log in. It is structured as follows: {customernamealltogetherwithoutspacesdotsordashes}.flow.tiekinetix.net/auth/login
There you enter your e-mail address that will be used as your username (replace "yourname@yourcompany.nl" in the screenshots with your own username) and the corresponding password, and confirm with the Enter key or click on the arrow-right in the round button.

No FLOW account yet?

If this is your first time visiting this page and your company is not yet registered with us as a trading partner of this customer, click on the "Register your company" or "Create account" link (this text can be personalized by your customer and thus deviate), under the right arrow.

Forgot your password or new to the Flow portal?

If you have forgotten your password or have never created a password, you can request a (new) password via the link "Forgot password".

In the next window, enter your email address/username and click the right arrow button. Ignore the "green check mark"; that is only a check whether this page is safe, and not that an e-mail has already been sent.

You will then be sent a link to a secure environment, where you can enter a personal strong password if your e-mail address is known to us as a user name. If you do not receive an e-mail, you may not be registered, or you may have registered with a different username. See here for more information.
