In order to use PDF-2-FLOW, your invoices must meet the minimum requirements as outlined here. These requirements are the prerequisites for solution use and ensure that your invoices meet basic technical and functional (legal) requirements.
In addition to the minimum invoice requirements above, you are responsible for ensuring that your PDF invoice meets the additional requirements of the recipient (your customer) if applicable, for example, if your customer requires an additional field on the invoice that is not mandatory from a legal perspective or for sending invoices over the Peppol network in general.
It is often the case that each of your customers will have unique invoice requirements on top of the minimum requirements. If you are unsure of these requirements, please align with your customer directly to ensure that your invoice contains all mandatory fields. When you being sending e-invoices to your customers, each of them will most likely ask you to send a test invoice before going into production (sending real invoices) to ensure that their unique requirements are met.
As a certified Peppol Access Point, TIE Kinetix is only responsible for ensuring that your invoice meets the minimum legal (Peppol BIS requirements) requirements. Therefore, we guarantee that your invoice will reach your customer via the Peppol network. However, if your invoice does not contain the additional information required by your customer, there is still a chance that your invoice will be rejected. So, as mentioned above, please align directly with your customer to avoid this.
