No, you are not required to have an ERP system to use PDF-2-FLOW. However, it is important that you are able to produce digitally native invoices that meet certain functional and legal requirements as outlined here.
If you do not have an ERP system, it is possible to create PDF invoices that are digitally native. For example, if you create your invoices in Microsoft Word and save the file as an Adobe PDF, this qualifies as digitally native.
Alternatively, if you do have an ERP or other financial system and that system is capable of exporting your invoices to a designated folder on your local device, it is possible to completely automate your outgoing invoice process with an alternative version of PDF-2-FLOW.
