Step 1: Try to log in
If you're not sure if you or anyone else in your company has ever created an account in FLOW, the best way to find out is very simple: Try logging in.
If your credentials are invalid, you will get an error message saying something like "Please enter a valid email/password combination." If you think you have an account associated with the email address you provided, click on "Forgot your password". If an account does indeed exist, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password (valid for 24 hours). If the account doesn't exist, you won't receive any email at all. It can take up to 10 minutes before you receive the e-mail - provided that your e-mail address is known to us as your username.
Step 2: Try logging in with a different email address
If you don't receive an email from us after going through the steps above, it just means that the email address you tried to log in with is not known to us as a username on a company account. It is therefore quite possible that you have created a user account with a different e-mail address. So, if you consider this a possibility, repeat step 1 with another email address.
Step 3: Try creating an account*
*This step is only relevant if you are trying to make a purchase in our webshop
If you want to make a purchase in our webshop and you have not been able to log in (even if you thought you really had an account), you can try to create a new account.
After creating a new account, you need to fill out a short registration form. If, while filling in this form, you receive a message that your Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, or something else matches information that we already know, this means that you, or someone else within your company, has already registered and has about an account. Additional details about what this means will be clearly stated in the notification you receive (for example, the admin user for your company will be informed that you are attempting to re-register the company).
If you're really trying to create a new account and you're still getting an error, please contact us.
Step 4: Think about your customers
If your company exchanges (or will exchange in the near future) e-invoices with one or more of the organizations below, it is possible that you or someone else within your organization already has an account in FLOW. Also try logging in to another customer's supplier portal:
- Brabant Water
- Bunzl
- DGUV
- GIZ
- Intratuin
- Gemeente Amsterdam
- Gemeente Eindhoven
- Gemeente Enschede / Losser
- Gemeente Meierijstad
- Gemeente Nissewaard
- Gemeente Rotterdam
- Gemeente Tilburg
- Rabobank
- RDW
- TU Eindhoven
- UWV STAP
Note: This is not a complete list, but rather some common organizations you may be exchanging e-invoices with.
