Step 1: Try Logging In
If you aren't sure whether or not you or someone else in your company has ever created an account in FLOW, the best way to figure it out is simple: Try logging in.
If your credentials are invalid, you'll receive an error that says something like "Please enter a valid email / password combination." If you think you may have an account associated with the email address provided, click "Forgot password." If an account exists, you will receive an email with a password reset link (valid for 24 hours). If the account doesn't exist, you will not receive an email. Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive.
Step 2: Try a Different Email Address
If you don't receive an email from us after completing the above steps, that means you don't have an account in FLOW with the email you attempted to log in with. But it's also possible that you may have created an account using a different email address. So if you think this is a possibility, you should repeat Step 1 with any other email you may have used.
Step 3: Try Creating an Account*
This step is only applicable if you are attempting to make a purchase in our online store*
If you would like to make a purchase in our online store and have had no luck logging in (even if you thought you had an account), you can try creating a a new account.
After creating a new account, you must complete a brief company registration form. If you receive a notification at any point while completing this form that your Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, or something else matches an existing account in our FLOW platform, this means that either you or someone else in your company has already registered your company and has an account. Additional details on what this means will be clearly stated in the notification you receive (e.g., the admin user for your company will be notified that you are attempting a new company registration).
On the other hand, if you attempt to create a new account and still receive an error, please contact us.
Step 4: Think About Your Customers
If your company is exchanging e-invoices (or will begin exchanging e-invoices in the near future) with any of the organizations listed below, it's likely that either your or someone else in your company has an account in FLOW:
- Brabant Water
- Bunzl
- DGUV

- Municipality of Eindhoven
- Municipality of Enschede / Losser
- Municipality of Meierijstad

- Municipality of Tilburg
- Rabobank

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list but rather a few common organizations that you may be exchanging e-invoices with.
