After purchasing a solution in our webshop, you are subject to the minimum contract period. This period lasts 12 months from the contract start date (the first of the month in question). The contract automatically renews on this date each year and the amount due is automatically deducted from the account you used for the purchase.

If you want to cancel the subscription, you must do so in writing at least 90 days before the expiry of the contract period*. If you have purchased a solution online and wish to cancel the subscription, please contact us.
